The Dark Night

Stream grunted in reply. She laid her head in her paws and whipped her tail behind her. Her blind eye blinked unseeingly,and her orange eye seemed a bit wary of her surroundings. The hairs in her neck rose. It just felt odd. Like something was happening,or going to happen. She tensed up and clenched her jaw. "Do you feel...Cold?" A breeze blew over the forest.

Stream shook her head and sighed. "Nevermind." She flicked her tail around and attempted to relax. She sighed loudly and frowned.

Stream still felt a bit uneasy despite her attempts to calm down. Her eyes looked up to the sky. It was darkening to dusk, bu the scent of ozone tickled her nose. 'Thunderstorm? It feels familiar...' Her eyes narrowed a bit. She was weighing whether or not they should retreat to the forest.

Storm glanced around again. The smell of ozone made the hair on the back of his neck rise. His paws were itching to run back into the forest, but he stayed to look around for a sign of a storm. He was named for his dark blue fur, but he could also sometimes notice if a storm was coming nearby quickly. His red eyes scanned the growth for his sister and the other wolf she was with. His jaw clenched in worry. Lightning sometimes strayed into empty clearings.

Triangle woke up and went for a run. seeing the forest break, she decided to leave and continue her search for her family.
