Jasmine walked along the bank of the ocean. She smelled wonderous scents. She dipped her paw into the water. Jasmine shivered. "Too cold for a swim today." She said. She wondered if anyone heard her.

I think there should be a rule against that, cause I RP on many sites where You're allowed to RP in many spots, as long as you can maintain your character(s) and not neglect other postings that was made until finished.
