Kilo oofed as his mother picked him up and carried him back to Star and Coal.

Star flicked her ears as Coal snored soon she turned over and slept again.

Titus felt bad for bringing up the subject of mates upon sensing the fae's reaction, so he didn't press it any further. He too was worried he would never see his mate again, it having happened already once in his life before. " You're welcome." he said quietly as she walked off, at least he felt needed somewhere for now and it kept his mind off the fact that his current mates whereabouts were unknown. But with his mind on that he got up to go look for her curious to see if she was back yet. But upon returning to the place he had left her he couldn't locate her, even her scent was starting to disappear. He sighs weary that he had been deserted yet again but keeps his hopes up as he heads back over to where he left the deer to catch some more sleep.

Star soon awoke and looked around, blinking the sleep from her eyes as she saw her mother and Kilo, she got up and stumbled over to them and nipped on her mothers paw.

Kilo saw Star, wagging his tail furiously he got up and ran to her, tackling her and running away happily.

Rue watched as the pups exchanged glances,then go at each other. She sighed and lowered her ears. Was I like this when I was a pup? Jesh,no wonder my mom left... Rue twinged at the thought of her mother. Though she shook it off completely and sat down.

Coal groaned when Star left cold place beside him. The little black pup growled and curled up in his own.

Star wagged her tail then turned and sprinted behind her mother, yipping eagerly as she ran.

Kilo ran to his mother and stood onto his back legs, looking up at her as his eyes gleamed brightly.

Rue blinked as the two pups eagerly jumped up at her. She sighed and laid down on her side. "Whats up with you two? It seems Coal's the only tired one." She s,lied and licked the three pup's foreheads.

Coal jumped when he felt something wet and rough in his head. He shook his head,rattling himself awake. He glanced around panicky,but sighed when he found out it was inly his mom.

Taking his place near the kill again, he turns in a tight circle three times before pawing at the ground. He then turns again three times before plopping his body down and turning his head to curl up on himself before closing his eyes to try and get some more sleep.

Star wagged her tail and climbed on her mothers stomach, she stood up shakily and looked down at her brothers.

Kilo smiled up at his mom as she licked his head, she wagged his tail and ran to her, putting his paw's on her muzzle.

Rue sighed as the pups took her over. "Alright,get down." She nosed Kilo's belly,and picked up Star by her scruff. She set her on the ground gently and set Kilo alongside her. "You two are very energetic..." She uttered under her breath.

Coal yawned and stood up. The black pup sat beside his other siblings. "Now what?"

Star sat down and looked up at her mother, wagging her tail as she smiles brightly.

Kilo wiggled uncontrollably as he looked at Star then at Coal then at his mother soon wonder burst into his head, he stared straight at his mother "mom, what happened to our dad?" he tilted his head and watches her.

Rue flinched at the question. Why do I have to answer this... Rue sighed and sat down. She stared at the pups absently. "He's...somewhere." The fae blinked.

Star soon became curious about her father to, she inched closer and tilted her head at her mother "do you know where at?" she looked up with wide puppy eyes.

Kilo looked at Star then back at his mother, waiting for her to answer his sisters question.

Titus yawned the pups were awake, he could hear them and he overheard the conversation being held between the pups and their mother. It was apparent in their mothers tone that she didn't want to be talking about what they were asking her, he sighed softly feeling bad for her as it seemed she wasn't sure how to answer her pups questions. He knew though that it was something she needed to tell them eventually or they would just keep asking, he opened his eyes then to look over at all of them for a moment knowing how it felt to lose a mate himself but he thanked his lucky stars that he didn't have pups yet that would pry him for information like that.

Star continued to watch her mother, her ears directed at her now as she paid attention to her.

Kilo sat impatiently, shifting his position as he looked between them both.

Rue flicked her tail. She felt nervous and decided to try and change the subject. She then felt eyes pry at her. She lifted her head and her eyes met Titus. "Your staring at us why?" She narrowed her eyes. She didn't want any strangers getting to know her well enough.

Coal stares at his mother,then Titus. He flicked his tail. "Is Titus our dad?" He blinked his silvery violet eyes. "Is he?"

Star perked her ears and wagged her tail as she looked over to Titus, she looked back up at her mother with big round puppy eyes "is he?"

Kilo laid down and sat up repeatedly as he flicked his ears eagerly "He is? really!"

Star looked at Titus then back to her mother questioningly.

Kilo curled hit tail over his paws as her sat up straight and watched his mother.

Titus laughed hearing the pups new question, he rose to his paw pads and trekked his way over to them. He would help in whatever way possible, so when he got to them he sat down and lowered his head to their level. " No. I'm not your dad. But as for who your dad is, sometimes things happen that we don't want to happen and even though you don't have a dad you have a mother whose love is so big for you guys that she covers the love you'd get from a dad. You're all very lucky to have her." he said with a smile, hoping that had covered their questions and satisfied their curiosity if they had more questions he would gladly answer them.

Star nodded slightly, soon looking at her mother and raising her head as she wagged her tail eagerly "im glad to have her as my mother"

Kilo nodded his head vigorously as he beamed a bright smile "i am to!" he ran around his mother as he wagged his tail furiously.

Titus' head bolted upwards as his nose sniffed the air around them, he yipped excitedly as he smelled the return of his mate and he raced off to greet her fully planning on introducing her to the pups and their mother.

Titus leads his mate to the area where he had met the pups and their mother excited to introduce them all. However excited he made sure to keep an eye on his mate, wanting nothing but her safety as they made their way over to the others. Once there he sits down to begin his introductions, " Hey guys! This is my mate, Scar. Scar this is-" he turns to each pup in turn, " Kilo, Star and Coal. This is their mother Rue. They need a place to stay for awhile and I thought it would be okay for them to hang around here." he says with a wag in his tail, definitely hoping that they could all get along as he absolutely loved to have fun with the little ones.

Star hid behind her mothers paws, her ears flat against her head as she looked over to Scar "hi.." she flicked her tail nervously.

Kilo wagged his tail and trotted over to Titus, his ears perked curiously as he tilted his head "Hi Scar" he smiled and sat down.

Rue sighed as the pup gathered around the new comer. Her ears went down onto her head. She studied the fae with silvery violet eyes. She stole a glance at Titus. She swallowed a lump and dipped her head to the female. "Yes,I'm Rue,and theses are my pups." She waved her tail behind her. She pointed each out one at a time. "This is Star,Coal,and last but not least,Kilo." She smiled inwardly as a warm feeling crept into her heart. Though,she kept a straight face and stared at Scar. "Nice to meet you."

Coal

Coal smiled at the big wolf. He hopped up and down in excitement. "Hi! I'm Coal! Nice to meet you Scar." He pulled off a big grin,then turned to his sister Star. He bounced over to her and nudged her forward. "Come out of your shell!! Come on,Star!" He smiled at his sister reassuringly.

Seeing Coal run to try to get Star out, Kilo grinned and ran over, stumbling over a rock before regaining his balance and nudging Star gently "come on please!" his tail wagged in the air as he tilted his head.

Star looked at her brothers hesitantly before nodding and slowly taking a cautious step towards the new comer and nodding lightly "h-hi..Scar" she flattened her ears back against her head quietly.
