I've made some minor edits to the forum layout:
I moved some of the categories around in a more orderly manner (moved "Human Outskirts" above "Wyoming", moved "The Lands of Ice" above "Human Outskirts"). I also removed the "Montana" category (no one was role playing there, anyway) and replaced "The Safe Island" territory with the new "Beach Caves" territory.
