Sighing, Alyce replied: "Easy for you to say." Hopping up to her feet, Alyce turned her body toward Blade and a smirk formed upon her jaw. "Want to hear a sob story with a happy ending?" As she spoke her voice sounded as if all the annoyance had flowed out of it and she was happy. Alyce was patiently awaiting his answer as she stood, just staring at him.

Blade shrugged at her first reply. He rolled his shoulders and yawned. The mist had chilled his frame a bit in the morning,but he had a justed to the cold. The afternoon sun shone down from the sky,but barely penetrated the darkness that flowed around them in a big cool cloud. Blade blinked at her next reply. He dipped his head and grinned. "I'd be glad to." He flicked his tail. Wiping away the moisture that had settled on his fur. Blade had noticed her cheery tone. The sides of his mouth tugged upward in a a gentle and faint smile. One without the brightness of his outer self,maybe in happiness of her sour self leaving. Although,it could have been something else...

. "Good, now. Once upon a time there lived a little wolf named Misera; she was the only one that could save the world as far as her father thought. One day Misera got lost and she was seeing ghosts that were attacking everything. Misera got her name from always being so sad and miserable...some even thought she was the living female version of misery, but she really actually was always very happy and curious only her outside told a tale of sorrow. Misera didn't exactly love her name and she wanted a normal one like the rest of the young wolves in her pack. One night Misera went out looking for the true meaning of sadness. Her mother and father didn't want her leaving in the night so they sent her brother to follow her. Misera walked along the same straight road for days and days...it felt like months were passing with each step. By the time the little wolf reached the end of this path 3 years had passed and her brother stopped tracking her. Miser found herself in the middle of nowhere...or so she thought. Just a few feet away was a transparent barrier and there were people looking through at her. Misera thought this was strange as she knew she was never in a human habitat. Two days later after finding this barrier Misera died in her sleep of old age." As Alyce finished her story she noticed it didn't end happily and a frown formed on her face as she realized that she had just ruined a perfectly happy story. "Not quite happy or a sob story but still a story, right?" She questioned with a quiet chuckle.

Blade let his ears settle beside his head. He listened intently to the story. Unsure about the ending. He frowned. Then spoke his own outer thoughts. "Not a happy ending." He frowned. "I wonder what a human looks like anyways...." He added faintly. He then blinked a few times after trailing off and turned back to Alyce. "Hmm,I suppose not. Yet...where did you hear it from? Usually stories like this have some reasoning or lesson behind it." His ears perked up and twitched,then he went back into thought. "You make it sound like your talking about someone you know though..." He mumbled quietly.

Alyce closed her eyes for a second as she thought about not answering about where the story came from but thought that she should answer. "Well my mom told me all about Misera and her adventures when I was a pup..I only once ever thought to ask where she heard them and all she said was..." Alyce trailed off as she looked back on her past and remembered her life as a pup. Quickly picking up where she left off, Alyce said: "She said it was a secret." Alyce lowered her body to the ground and laid her head upon her paws and now she was silent, not saying another word.

Blade heard the wolf hesitate. The word mother stung him a little. He couldn't help but flinch. He never could get that feeling under control. That dark feeling,of being cold and small against something so big,which made him alert,and twitch at every rustle into the forest. That feeling,was fear. Her last words seemed to calm him a bit. Taking his mind off his history. He nodded,trying his best to hide his rising fur,and shaky voice. "Well,I suppose things like that just make a person all the more curious." He chuckled,but was relieved his voice didn't shake. He was happy with all the control he had over himself. With all his own time alone,he really did anything to keep himself occupied.

"Sure, sure it does," She would say coldly as she began to feel drowsy. Alyce again yawned, now realizing how tired she actually was. "Well, Blade, this has been fun, but now I have to leave," Would echo the sound of Alyce's voice as she stood and shook her pelt, turning to walk off in another direction.

Blade blinked,as he stared at the wolf's retreating form. Which was soon engulfed by most. He took a deep breath and sighed. Shaking his head. A quirky one... He glanced back at the other fae,Rosswell,she seemed to have been staring at them the whole time. He frowned and stood up. Again wiping his pelt with his tail as so to brush away the dew staring to grow on his pelt. He dipped his head,and mumbled a thanks. He then turned and disappeared into the brush as well. Keeping his distance,but still watching the other wolves in the forest of mist.

Alyce sighed as she was now far away from the others. The female again would lie down, but this time she started to fall asleep. Alyce startled herself awake knowing hostile wolves could be here so she would need to keep up her guard.

Blade sat down. His turquoise and red eye trailed up to the canopy. It was hidden by all the mist. His ears twitched in annoyance of all the moist air. He stood up again and walked up to a tree. He cocked his head,wondering whether or not he could climb up and see the forest. He shrugged and gave it a try. The trees were short,and had a couple sturdy branches,which made it easy to climb. He streaked upwards and made it high. Though not as high as he would be at the top. His weight would most likely topple it all. He glanced around,but again,his eyes couldn't penetrate the white mass that surrounded him. He could faintly see the bright sun shine through the clouds. The mist swirled around in one big mass. Nothing like the clouds of the sky. He growled and leapt down from the tree. Making a loud thump as he hit the ground without climbing down instead. He flicked his tail and trailed around the forest. In search of something to do.

Blade' ears twitched at the sound of the thumping of paws. He aided,then remebered the other males around the area. The tip fos his tail twitched as a arsenal swirled around,trying to catch the sound. A childish voice echoed in his ears. He flicked his tail in relaxation. Good,it's just a pup. He turned and headed f the notice. His body disappearing into the mist. The earrings in his ears jingled as a ears twitched.

(Sorry for double posting,but I'm posting as another character,Ash. Look in my siggy for the bio)

The mist swirled around the forest like a big tent. It was white everywhere you set your eyes,and the trees seemed to move around in an unnavigateable maze. Your breath may steam or billow up into the chilling air. Wolves shouldn't favor this place. For it brought confusion and madness to those who could not find their way out. Then again,if your were smart enough to hang in the fringes of the forest,you could avoid that circumstance. Ash,didn't. Perhaps she felt like going in,or she just possibly didn't even know many were lost in these swirling trees. Apparently,she just didn't know.
Dear Lupa! All this mist is going to make my fur stick our like a dang porcupine. The timber wolf uttered a curse and lashed out her tail. Her thoughts in this were mostly disturbing,and not to be shared at the moment. She groaned and started pacing in the same spot. Her tracks weren't left in the dirt,since it needs the humidity just absorbed the impact. Ash clenched her jaw Ns growled in frustration. God! Why couldn't I have be lost in a regular forest?! The multi-colored fae snorted. She felt just plain frustrated. She wanted to kick a tree,but she knew it wouldn't do her any good. She suppressed her frustrations,and took a deep breath. Sighing loudly,she calmly looked around again. Her blue tinged gray eyes narrowed as she scanned the air. She wasn't able to spot tracks from the moist dirt,and scent was just impossible with all the dew around washing it away. She sank her claws into the dirt in frustration again. She tensed up,the hair in her back rising in anger again. She didn't shove it away like before,she just sat there. Looking a lot like a giant angry porcupine.

ross started off to leave again. noticing there just might be another wolf in the forest, she took caution and looked around every so often to check her surroundings. after a little ways, as she looked around she saw a shape in the mist. she walked forward enough to see what it was. as ross looked, she determined it was a wolf. she knew that humidity would hide a wolfs identity by puffing the fur out, but if you looked close enough you could see the shape of wolf in the frizz. "oh, come on!" she yelled out frustrated. "is there fifty wolves in this forest wandering about? it seems as if im the only one having any idea where to go!" she added as she flicked her tail in annoyance.

Ash's ears twitched. The scent of wolf washed over her. She tensed up more,and swiveled around at the sound of paw steps. She barred her teeth and growled a threat to the other wolf. Her nostrils flared,she stood up and lashed out her tail. "Look Drama Queen,I'm just passing through." She snorted and striped past the fae. She didn't want to 'hang out' with anyone. She started at a trot and swiftly turned it into a run. She glanced back to see if the other female was falling her,but she wasn't. Ash sighed and turned back to the front. She was speeding into a darker figure. Her mouth opened in a shout of warning,but it was muted by the bundle of fur that collided into her. She collapsed on top of the male. Ash coughed a little and stood up to get off of him. She stepped back wards and bumped into a tree. She leaned down on it and sighed. Ash didn't feel like apologizing to the black wolf,but she should at least hear his complaints. Since it might as well make him feel better. Ash moaned and squeezed her eyes shut.

Blade was just walking around peacefully. Somehow admiring the trees and mist surrounding him. Though,he heard some panting and the thunder of paws nearby. "Hmm?" He glanced around,but saw nothing. He sighed with disappointment. O-Of course not,I'm blinded from the mist anyways. The black wolf shook his head and turned to continue on his walk,but the paw steps and panting grew louder. He narrowed his eyes and snorted. What the heck is that? Blade turned and finally saw something. A timber wolf was rushing towards him in a tackle,and she seemed as surprise as he was. He backed away and stumbled,but the fae eventually crashed into him. He grunted as he hit the ground hard. The leaves whirled up from the crash. Then the wolf back up as quickly as she could. She collided into a tree and sat down,moaning. Late growled and stood up. He shook his pelt and took a deep death to sigh. "What the hell are you doing?" He growled.

ross growled at the temper of the she-wolf. she thought to herself 'I will go to luner plains and go find my brother, whether hes happy to see me or not!'. and she headed back the way she came to luner plains. when she was halfway there she sat and rested, and soon she was on her feet again, running.

Eros couldn't contain his excitement of exploring this forest more and bounded off without his new found friend, figuring that they would run into each other again soon. He heard something crashing through the brush of the trees but he wasn't exactly paying attention since it was quite obviously another wolf running around until he heard the yelling. His ears lay flat and he snorted while baring his teeth, his carefree spirit didn't like anger or arguments he'd much rather be having the time of his life but as free as he may be his curiosity as to what had transpired got the better of him and he slowly made his way to where he had heard the commotion.

Ash stood up and snorted. She lashed out her tail,but took his harsh yell. "Going somewhere." She said through clenched teeth. "And you just needed to move a few more feet so I wouldn't get in some bad crash." Ash sneered at the wolf. She heard some more paw steps. The timber wolf whirled her head around and spotted a small pup. She narrowed her icy tinged gray eyes at him. "And what's a pup,doing in the misty forest..." She noticed another bigger wolf come with him. "With someone he just met?" She could smell the pup on the male's pelt,but it was very faint and new. She sighed loudly. "Look,"Ash turned to the black male again. "I'm sorry,but don't expect anything else from me." She growled to him. Her eyes were still narrowed in a glare.

Blade felt irritated. His ears were forced forward in an assertive gesture. Even though he wasn't much of a person like that. He then remembered his training,he snorted and relaxed a little. The hair on his back laid back down on his back. Only his turquoise eye remained narrowed,his red one remained under his curtain of hair. "Look you little..." Some more foot steps stopped him from continuing. He glanced over and expected to see the fae from before again,but instead it was a pup. Another male was in his heels behind him. Blade gritted his teeth and turned to the timber wolf again. "Don't worry. I won't expect anything from a self-centered fae." He snarled. Then he cleared his throat to look at the pup. "You lost little guy?"

Eros kind of froze, he wasn't sure if they were talking to him or not for a moment so he stood uncertain as to what to do next not wanting to be in the middle of their barking match.

Ash didn't hear a reply from the pup. Her ears twitched annoyingly. She clicked her tongue,and lashed out her multicolored tail. "Am I done here?" She quickly added to herself,'Cause I've had enough of the misty forest of idiots... She snorted and turned to glare at the black wolf again. Her gray icy blue tinged eye narrowed. Challenging him to say something else to her face after calling her a self-centered fae.

Blade watched the fear on the pup's face. He took a deep breath and sighed. Too late to switch masks... He blinked at the pup. "Hello?" He waved his big silver paw in form too his face. "Anyone in there?" He taped his forehead gently. Ignoring the fiery glare from the fae,again.
