Frost and Howler

mia saw glue nod and gently being carful with her arm climbed up onto her back and layed her good hand in front of herself to steady herself.

Frost grinned at Petal then turned to Howler:" lets start now, the weather's good." Frost walked out of the den and waited for the rest

mia looked to mk, she got down and went to mk, your leaveing? you cant, i'll be the only, you know, human here. she looked arounf nervusely

mia cocked her head, when glue made some noises, she looked to mk and started that way wanting to go with mk and hoping glue would get the idea.

Mk smiled and walked to howler."I think we all will be joining you,howler. And if the pups get tired, ill take them home and take care of them."she told him.

glue ran to stand beside frost."is it okay if i could help the pups learn to hunt? I mostley know how to hunt alone,but i know how to double up on prey, to."she asked her.

howler nodded to mk."frost, we can go now, we know whos comeing.lead off the hunt, ill go in the back group whith petal and mk, if mias comeing she will come whith the back group."he said to frost.

petal jumped off her mom and leaped over to her dad, excited to hunt

mia watched on as the wolves were chatting and looked around at each of them. she wish she could understand. she waited by mk ready to go where he went.

Mia nods a understanding and quietly follows from behind mk keeping her footsteps light. She watched mk for more signs and watched the wolves moving around, Working as a team to get the prize.

Mk signaled for Mia to stop when she saw the deer. "we are going to set a trap for the deer with the grass and trees. ill show you how." she whispered. she grabbed a stick and five blades of grass with milkweed,and started. first she tied the grass together,then she slid the milkweed's wight insides onto a leaf and covered the grass with it. after that she tied the grass to the stick, and tied the stick to the tree branch next to her. she tied a loop at the end an was done.

mia stopped and listened to mk and watched closely at what she did. She was watching the deer making sure it wasnt too far away and turned her attention back to mk, tying all of the grass together making the trap for the deer.








(i have a quick question, wasnt mk a boy?)

( Mk is a girl, but it does sound like she would be a guy doesn't it?)


Mk turned to Mia." can you try to make it?"

(sorry, i thought she was a he, i been to too many other post and i'm getting gender mised and it doesnt sound like she would be a guy shes fine.)



Mia looked up and toward the deer " what about the deer?, shouldnt we catch it first or something?"
she looked back to mk.

this is how were trapping them" Mk said

Mia made a o shape saying "oh" And went to gather the grass and milkweed. she tied the grass together and set it aside and took the milkweed inside on a leaf and covered it with grass. after she did that she did what mk did and tied it to a stick and the stick to a branch near but not the same and tied a loop at the other end. but the grass wasnt tied very well. she looked over and up to mk " i dont think it'll hold"

"it wont,on the tree at least." Mk said."those sticks can get caught on anything.and will make enough noise the wolves will hear and go after the deer. now all we have to Do is scare the deer towards the trap."

mia nodded nodded in understanding. She stood up and brushed off and looked to mk in to see where to go to start and scare the deer.

Frost stopped and stared at the humans, confused.
She decided they were up to nothing and bolted after the smallest deer, snapping at its heels and driving it towards Howler and the humans

Mia follows mk to the bush behind that was behind mk kneling next to mk.
