A Journey Home

Kihyah looks just as worried by her current behavior he had tried scooting closer to comfort her but she moved away to pace. He stands whimpering and whining as he was unsure what to do, moving to walk with her nudging lightly up against her to let her know he was right there with her uncertain of what was wrong. When he could he'd allow his pink ribbon to come out and lick at her shoulder and when it came in range of her crown but does not stop her troubled walking thinking that the pacing was helping whatever it was that seemed to be ailing her at the moment. "I'm here love, if there's anything I can do..." he tells her as his own audits go lower on his own crown in worry for her, his tail at a stand still behind his hinds.

Mystery whimpers as she paces for a little bit longer, her breathing harder than it had been as she was almost panting now as she glanced over at Kih every two seconds. She was glad he was there, glad he was trying to help her and that he was walking with her but the pacing only seemed to make it worse as the next one hit and she gave out a long whine as the pain was crippling and she almost falls yet finds herself on her hinds with her crown buried in Kih's neck. Waiting until the attack was over she opened her orbs again, giving out a soft groan. "Why do they have to make such a fuss when the're ready to come out...?" She mumbles into his pelt to give him an explaination, squeezing her orbs shut soon after as her muscles tensed and pain stabbed through her as she gave out a low whimper into his derma.

Kihyah promptly sat and went to catch her when she swayed, when she mumbled why she was hurting it was him next who swayed a little except luckily he was already sitting. His eyeballs looking like they'd pop out of his head if they got any wider. He stands and is now the one to pick up the pacing but behind her as he tried to somewhat herd her back into the den, it wasn't safe out there in the open like that then he realized Juneau and Faye were inside and that she'd want her privacy. He quickly heads into the den, quickly scooping his crown underneath Faye's rump first and scooting her out before heading back and barking at Juneau giving him the scoot as well before he returned to his lover to gently give her a nuzzle towards the cavern where it would be safer for her to have their babes. "Come on love, you can lean on me if you need to." he whispers softly.

Mystery sways lightly feeling Kih leave her and she watches as he starts pacing behind her. She watched as he moved to shoo the others from the den, closing her orbs and taking a deep breath for a moment as she just kept getting contractions over and over. Her orbs opened when she heard Kih near her and she got to her peds slowly before following him into the den.


After some time tiny yips could be heard from outside the den as Mystery gently cleaned her pups that were curled up against her stomach, squirming gently against her as her tassle slowly swayed along the cave floor. After helping the three tiny newborns find where it was they could nurse as she lied on her side she sets her crown against the cave floor, giving out a tired sigh as she looked up at her Kih and smiled warmly to him.

Kihyah was sitting watching, staying out of her way as she seemed to know what to do but giving her encouragement where needed as she had gotten tired after the second one. He had laid down beside her licking her belly telling her he knew she could do it, that she was the strongest female he knew and if anyone could do it she could. Turning to lick her visage before leaving it so she could pant and it wasn't long before they had three little squirming pups, his heart seemed to take flight as his mate looked up at him. It was finished, he was a daddy. A wide beaming grin spreading across his face as his silver orbs held a twinkle of joy in them. His tail thumped hard against the den and he laid his maw down near their pups looking up at his mate as she looked at him. A deep sense of love held in his eyes for her as she had born these little wiggling bundles and had brought them into the world. He raises his head to lick at her chin as his audits lay back she had every right to be proud of her accomplishment and he would congratulate her for it with a submissive gesture of pure love.

From outside the den Jeaunu could the yips and whimpers of Kih and Mystery's pups, and he was excited for them. Kih had shooed him and Faye from the cave so the mistress could have privacy, and it was almost as nerve racking to him as it was to Kih. But as soon as Jeaunu heard the pups he knew that the pack was going to become larger and more closer than ever. He curled up on the ground next to the den opening, wanting to give the new parents some time alone but also wonder when he could see them himself.

"I love you.." Mystery whispers softly to her Kih as he licked lovingly at her chin and she gave his nose a few quick kisses every now and then. She was exausted, her orbs shut as she gave out a content but tired sigh while one of her audits turned to listen to the soft sound of sucking that came from her nursing pups. The mistress moved her crown then, setting it on her mates fores and snuggling it into his chest as she wanted to get atleast a little rest before everyone would want to see little ones. She didn't like the idea in the first place though, the wolves crawling close to see her tiny darlings. The thought made her tassle twitch protectivly just thinking about it, she knew it was just her motherly instinct on overdrive after just giving birth to the two black puppys and the one redish pup but she still didn't want anyone other than her and Kih around their pups at that moment. The fae fell asleep at that point, her frame relaxed as she could feel her pups feeding and heard her mates gentle heartbeat.

Kihyahs head raises up as hers went down on his fores, when her eyes shut the gentle licks to her visage stopped and his eyes went to scanning the cavern. His nose twitching at the end to pick up any foreign scents and his audits twisted like little radar dishes on top of his skull. He was watching over his family vigilantly, he turns every now and then when he heard a pup start up with little shreeks it was the little red one having been pushed away from feeding by one of the others. He smiles and noses the little one back up so it would stop it's cries quickly so his mate could get her rest, one by one they filled their little tummies with her milk before plopping off to fall into a deep sleep with their mother however he wouldn't let it happen as he cleaned them individually before letting them drop into the slumber. He chuckles softly as he watched them all snuggle up together but complain in their sleep when one would kick the other, a grin coming across his face as he shook his dial before returning to the vigilant watch of a father.

Mystery's audits had twitched in her sleep when she heard the little shreeks and cries of one of her pups and her tassle pulled itself over in her slumber to try and comfort the little one somehow. She almost woke but as the crying ceased she relaxed back into the rest, knowing Kih was right beside her and probably taking care of them as she slept. Sleeping for a bit longer as their pups did the same she woke after some time, yawning softly into Kih's chest as her orbs blinked open. Turning her crown she smiled when she saw the pups snuggled together and sleeping warmly. Licking at her mates chest then she gave out a gentle, content sigh to him.

Kihyah turns smiling at his life long love before giving her crown a few kisses, he whispers softly so as not to wake the little ones. "Sleep okay?" he asks worried that something had woken her from the well deserved rest. His tail wagging lightly though as he was glad she was awake to help him take care of the little ones, she was in his mind doing a much better job then he was seeing as she just seemed to have a natural knack for the things that needed to be done. However now that they were born he knew how to tend to them, always having played with the pups in her old pack and having taken interest in them since they were tiny onwards because well they were just too dang cute not to want to be around. It dawns on him that Juneau and Faye may be feeling the same way right now waiting outside for some sort of sign that they could come in but with them just being a few hours old he had his own instinct that was telling him they had to keep away for now.

My eyes light up and I wag my tail after hearing the news of the pups being born.I wondered how many were born and what their names would be.I alid my ears flat against my head and nipped Jeaunnu telling him to give them some privacy.I rose to my paws and jogged a few yards away motioning for Jeanunnu to do the same.

"Alright.. Wake me if they do and you need me." Mystery whispers back to her mate, having lowered her audits when he had licked at her crown and she licked him back at his chin. Settling her crown back to his fores and kissing at his chest and chin, giving a glance toward the mouth of the den where she knew the two excited wolves were waiting to vist the pups. The thought bothered her like it had earlier, a protective feeling flooding over the fae quickly but neither of the two had bothered them in the couple hours they had been in the den and that soothed her lightly. Her kisses slowed gradually until finally they stopped as sleep had pulled her back under and she slept silently once again as she listened to her mates breathing and heartbeat under her aud.

Kihyah smiles softly as he feels her slowly drift off to sleep again, his head turning to keep an eye on the entrance still held high and alert ears towards turned towards the pups as he protected them. Hearing Faye outside he smiles a little smelling her scent slowly coming from another area of the outside world. He hoped they wouldn't go to terribly far, he suddenly felt something squirming into his side and softly pressing into it he turns finding one of the black pups nosing into his fur. Kneading away as if to find food, but it soon stopped still breathing he determined the thing had fallen back asleep from it's little adventure to find daddy. He leans down for only a moment to give the tiny wolf a gentle snuggle before once more returning is eyes to the front.

Sleeping for a while longer the mistress woke again about an hour or two later, stretching out her fores slowly before bringing them back against her chest. The soft crys of her pups had woke her as they had woken up and decided they were hungry again, squirming against her stomach as they searched blindly for a spot where they could nurse. Lifting her crown and turning to her pups the mistress nosed the two little ones that were at her belly, complaining to her about hunger as she scooted them gently to a spot where they could find what they wanted. The sound of crying ceased as a new sound came from the tiny wolves, the sound of hungry sucking as they nursed. Finding one of the black pups curled up and still sleeping soundly against Kih's side she smiled warmly, her tassle swaying happily as she gave her mates aud a loving lick before turning to the little one against him. Wanting the babe awake so it could feed with the others she softly groomed the fragile frame until it woke and she moved it to feed also.

Kihyah heard the pups start crying and feeling his mate move determined she was dealing with it, their food scream he noted as there were different pitches already in their voices to indicate what they wanted. When she licked his chin his silver moon like orbs turned to look at her as she turned to indicate he should look and turned as he realized she noticed the little black one sleeping beside him, the right corner of his mouth pulling back in a crooked grin watching as she woke the babe. It screamed something awful not happy in the slightest to be woken but once finding the food went silent the only sounds coming from the black fuffers a suckling sound. He turns his attention back towards the front entrance to return to his vigilant guard.

Mystery took the time as the pups were feeding to clean the little ones one by one, starting with the one that was closet to her which happened to be the little red cutie. Lolling her tongue over the tiny brute she cleaned the little one very gently, murring lovingly to all three of her babes. The larger of the two little black faes didnt much like as her mother was grooming her while she was trying to eat and had a few times given out a few short wails. The smaller of the two faes, the one that had curled up against her Daddys side, on the other hand seemed to like the soft grooming as she filled her belly and by the time Mystery was finished she found that her littlest girl had fallen back asleep during her bath.

Kihyah gives out a long yawn that became a little whiny towards the end as he blinked heavily after wards, he lays his maw down on his fores as his ears turned to listen at the entrance the acoustics of the cavern walls helped to capture more sound of the wilderness outside their humble abode. He watches as his mate cleans them the tiny black one falling asleep during the cleaning causes a light laugh to roll up out of him realizing it was the same one that had curled up to him to sleep. The tiny fat belly indicated she had more then likely passed out from already being full and relaxing under her mothers tongue, the bigger of the girls had been curious as she seemed displeased at being disrupted in her eating they would be rather easy to tell apart as they were obviously already much different from one another.

Smiling softly to Kih as he laughed when he saw their smallest girl asleep Mystery looked back at her pups for a moment just to see what they were doing. The two still eatting while the other slept she turned her attention to her mate finally, leaning her crown down to give him kisses to the auds and crown before she started to groom him also, giving him warm nuzzles every now and then as her tassle swayed happily along the cave foor.

Kihyah murrs heavily in his chest as her affections turned to him, his silver eyes gently closing as her tongue slipped over the silver pelt at his crown to the black tips of his ears. Her nuzzles were returned with soft pushes from his maw against her neck and underneath her jawline along the length of it. Happy whines escaping him as his tail thumped solidly on the den floor each moment since they were born seeming more perfect then the next his heart pounds just as joyfully in his chest in steady rhythm with his tassel.

Mystery laughs softly to her mate as he pushed against her jaw and neck and she gave out a soft, playfull growl to him as she started to nibble happily at one of his audits. Her tassle swaying at the same rate his was now as she gave his aud a soft tug, wanting him closer to her as she couldnt scoot over to him without disturbing their only a few hours old pups.

Kihyah getting his ear tugged on he scoots closer to her so she wouldn't tug it off, but knew she wouldn't do such a thing it was his understanding she wanted him to do exactly what he had done. He licks her chin then opens his maw to nip at her neck playfully hearing her playful growl one rises up in him as he shoves her neck again a little rougher this time but not to move or harm her, there were still pups in between them and he knew the limits of their playful romp together had to be kept to just small pulls and pushes. Moving even closer until he couldn't come any further feeling the little ones in between them it was comforting as he could feel them squirming a little in their sleep. His tail thumping even harder against the floor from feeling them and playing with his lover.

Shade hears everything... she kinda wanted to see she came little closer and bowed to them "I respect with all my heart I well protect the pups for you when you guys go hunting with a single coyote or bear enters ill growl protecing them ill protect anyone i think the rank that well fit me is protecter my scars on my furry cheeck will prove it I have loyalty to anyone and is loyal" she says and gets up from bowing she had little playful mood but she kinda thinks that loyalty has no time for play so she stopped her playfull mood to protective to them she swings around and goes to the end of the cliff looking down makeing sure no coyote or bear will touch or kill this pack and the pups Shade had a protective growl seeng something comeing she swings her head looking at the leaders she warns them about protecting them wisely she flicked both of her ears in a warning to protect the pups she swings her head back looking at the coyote she jumps off the cliff and kills it with one dirty jump shot she drags it to somewere far away warning the oher coyotes to stay away her orbs looking around she found a coyote den and put the dead coyote their then she went back to the cliff and sat her orbs looking down every were in he protective mood she can kill with a single shot dirty jump shot "Its gone now nothing well hurt the pups and you guys" she says with her orbs looking down and around the place a few trees were in her way so she walked around looking.

Kihyah was up, his fur ruffled angrily and he stormed out of the cave turning slowly into a soft run he headbutts the fae right in the rump sending her tumbling down the cliff. He leaps as a snarl rumbles deep in his gut til it cuts across his labrials as saliva flung from them as he came down on Shade, his maw wrapping around her throat in anger to her intrusion into the cavern. She had absolutely no right to be in there and now he would show her exactly what happened when his family had been disrespected and feeling threatened it didn't make matters better for her. His hinds kicking into her to keep her from kicking him off he twists his apex violently from side to side as he sunk the sharp ivories into the pelt underneath them, tearing and shredding at the skin that lay exposed underneath him as he felt a warm taste his his palette to indicate he had drawn first blood. "HOW DARE YOU INTRUDE!!" This was no ordinary fight, Kihyah meant to kill the wolf now. There would be no forgiveness and no mercy on his part as his tail indicated such things to everyone else around him including the one in the powerful grasp of his jaws.

Having hidden her pups from the sight of the stranger that had trespassed into the den where Mystery lied with her pups the mistress had bared her enamels at the fae that decided to just stroll up to them and a nasty growl had left her throat as her derma ruffled violently along her spine. Her pups were crying now as the intruders loud voice had woken the sleeping babes. Uncovering her tiny darlings after Kih left the den that she had been hiding she began to murr comfortingly, running her ribbon along the three as she tried to lull them back to sleep. "Shh loves..." She whispered soothingly as the little ones started to drift back off into their slumber. Their mother on the other hand whined quietly as she listened to the snarls and growls outside of the cave.

Shade was on it in the den she felt like he was turned down she did not feel like this was her journey she di not feel respected but the only way is to show the wolf who she meant to be she ment no harm at all what was the male wolf thinking she killed a coyote to protect them "Dont get on my bad side if you do it hurts badly i was protecting the pups from te coyote tey could die!"she snarled a protective snarl to her self like her mother tought her she did not wantto be rude or anything it was a warning to stay away and dont get on my badside with a smirk that her mouther tought her to do was say are you a friend or foe? well she stood tall gettin little alphaess in her "We use to like one another ad live for each other but are you a friend or foe! becuase i use to know.." she says and walks away awating for a answer she stood by the cliff again and protected this pack like it was her family she really did not mean to but she well do this for one and one as be she jumps off the cliff and struck a good landing after finding something in the water she goes at gets it forthe leaders it was a blue heart she could not belive her eyes a gem! she carries it back to the alpha and drops it with sad eyes and flatten ears to tell them that her mother abonned her for what she allmost did she did not want to tell but she remembers it well if te leader asked why she well tell but she loked at the bottem of the cliff seeing that she was just a little female Shade had to survive on my own Shade had no respect at all it was true she was untrusted in pup age she might never fit in for anything allmost yelling she sperk a sad voice in her yelling "OBBANED FROM MOTHER WHEN I WAS PUP!"her wine sperks wih loudness she thumped on the cliff egde looking down a tear fell from her cheek whatever she did was bad but she wont do it again at least
