A Journey Home

Jeaunu stood over their victory and gave a long howl as an announcment that they got food for the pack. Both faye and Jeaunu grabbed a leg and started to drag it back toward the den.

Kihyah places his leg down and tries to tug his auricle away from the nomage that was happening to it causing her to slobber into his ear canal which he wasn't a fan of the feeling of goop in his ears and they always got so itchy for a few days afterwards. He chuckles though and nudges against her softly lacing their scents together so that as they walked forward he started to nuzzle up against trees leaving both their smells lining their territory. Once a few miles away from the last spot he whines to her so she could pick a spot to mark.

Faye grabbed one hind leg of the deer and waited for Jeaunu to start dragging it with her.She would have to be careful not to tug on the leg too hard so that it wouldn`t come off.Faye released the leg for a moment to lip the blood oozing from her lips.Then she resumed her grip on the doe`s leg.

Mystery drops her mates audit when he tried to tug it awsy from her and she chuckled softly as she cleaned her slobber from the aud. When she felt him nudge her and start to line their scents she helps him, rubbing herself against him before she too started rubbing up against plants for the scent line. After a little while her audits perk forward as she heard Kih's whine and she tilted her crown lightly to him before she got what he was saying and she quickly found a nice spot for her to mark on the line.

Kihyah waits patiently for her to finish and once her ebony bodice moved away he quickly went over to the spot to lift his leg near it. Marking with his strong smell to show that yes they both ruled these lands and that he would protect her, their family and pack with his very life. It made sure everyone knew who exactly owned these lands and the wildlife on it, when he finishes he rubs gently against his mate. " I'm glad you were able to join me this time. I love being out here, it's peaceful and..." he smiles moving forward again through the trees his banner waving behind him as if to say 'come on, this way' as he moved over the scent line, rubbing against the brush and trees as he did before reaching a thick patch of brambles. Thorns stuck out every which way and it looked like a big nest of the things, he trots along to the left before finding a small opening, he lays down flat on his belly with his head laid out between his fores and he starts to inch his way forward through the hole. " ...if you follow me." he says softly before disappearing inside of the black nest of thorns.

After Kih had finished marking again and she felt him rub up against her Mystery murred gently, lapping at her mates cheeks with her ribbon tongue as she listened to him talking to her. "Im glad I could come too but.. Where are we going..?" She asks, having whined when he moved away from her and she followed close at his heels. She watched as he rubbed up against things as he walked and she mimiced him, grazing her fur against a few things too before she saw the brambles that her mate seemed to be heading for. Seeing the little opening and watching as her Kih lied down to slip into it she shifted on her pads gently as he told her to follow and once he disappered she slinked down onto her belly to crawl underneath also.

It took them both a few minutes to completely crawl through the entire mangled mess before reaching the other side, there a lush garden that was just starting to turn from the seasons to gold, orange and red colors. There was a beautiful waterfall entered the clearing just in front of them that seemed to be completely blocked off by those thick ugly looking brambles. A large tree almost empty of it's foliage had sprinkled pink flowers into the pool that the waterfall emptied into, completely unnoticed by any it was simply a piece of heaven untouched by most everyone. " This is what I wanted you to see, it's the water that empties into the back of our cave that's why the water seems to go no where once it enters the pond here. It goes under ground to our cave, at least that's my guess I've always wondered if one were brave enough if they could swim down FIND the under water canal that leads to our cave and actually make the swim there...but it's way to dangerous. From what I can gather this is at least twenty miles out from our den, even IF the current were fast enough one would probably loose their breath before coming out the other end...and now I'm rambling not letting you enjoy the scenery." he chuckles feeling a little embarassed by his ramble about swimming but it had been a curious thought that had entered him mind many times since he had found the secret cove. " What do you think?" he asks, the only real problem with the place was that it was slow going as there was no wildlife to get in the grass and brush were so thickly over grown it was hard to move through at places.

Mystery blinks lightly once she had gotten through the brambles and her jades scanned the terra infront of her, smiling softly she finally rose to her peds to pad over to her Kih to be close to him as she listened to him talk about the pond. Placing her hinds down beside him she leaned her crown against his shoulder, glacing around the terra still as she gave out a content sigh. "I love it babe," She tells him, licking his cheek after he was done talking and had asked her if she liked the little place he was showing her. "You always forget that I dont mimd your rambling." She smiles, nuzzling her crown underneath his jaw as she gave out a loving murr to him, lifting her hinds to rub herself against him as she moved to slip her frame beneath his setting her hinds back down to sit under his frame. Nibbling at his chin now her orbs closed and she gave out a content sigh, she missed being alone with him missed not having to worry about what someone else was doing and she nudges against Kih's neck lovingly.

Kihyah murrs warmly to his mate, " Yes. I do forget that...I am glad though that you do listen to me when I go on and on. I love so much that you do. So...do you fancy a swim before we have to be on our way again? I mean it should be safe right?" he asks her, however not much wanted to swim anymore when she had tucked herself underneath him. His heart pounding in his chest he could feel hers through her back, the spine placed against his rib cage held the soft vibrations of it's thump thump thump in her own chest. Hearing the soft rhythm made his grey orbs close, which had been dulling the best few days but were now a glimmer again from the time they were able to catch with one another now. His breathing became deep and slowed as he relaxed his frame softly around her, embracing her in his silver pelt.

"Mmmm.. I like it right here though.." She breathes to him, not wanting to move from her warm spot where her frame was tucked snuggly into his only to move and get into the chilly water and she shivered softly at the thought. She could feel his heart pounding against her spine and she took a little bit of a deep breath and shifted on her fores sightly before her heavy murrs picked back up in her chest as she continued to nibble at his chin. She gave him licks and happy whines and whimpers between nibbles as she sat there with him, pushing softly against his neck a few times as she showed him how much she loved him and her tassle swayed slightly in the little space it had between them.

As soon as Faye had a secure grip on the leg, both of them started to pull and drag the huge beast. Both of the backtacked their tracks so that they could go back toward the den. He let Faye lead the way since he did not know where the pack's den was.

Kihyah smiles softly his audits laying down softly after hearing her answer, " Good...neither do I." he turns his dial and licks at the top of her muzzle wanting to kiss her softly as he was appreciating everything about her. A deep murr starts to rattle his chest as he nuzzled into her warm ebony pelt. His ears picking up soft sounds of chirping crickets and the soft fall of the water onto the pond, it was perfect as it always was when they were alone together. He gave out a content sigh interupting his deep murrs only briefly.

Soon enough the cave was in sight,I was soo happy to be home.It meant I could eat and sleep.It didn`t look like the Alpha and Alphess had made it back yet though.As soon as they got the deer into the cave Faye walked out and threw back her head to howl.She howled to Kihyah and Mystery saying they had caught a deer and were just waiting for them.Faye layed down outside so she could wait for Kihyah and Mystery.

"I love you.." Mystery whispers to him, closing her orbs as she felt his kisses to her muzzle and she sighed contently as she relaxed underneath him, her breathing slowly deepening as she continued to nuzzle him and she pressed back into his frame as she wanted to be closer to him. Licking his nose whenever it came close enough she nipped at his chin playfullyevery now and then before licking where she had nipped lovingly as she continued to whimper happily to him, having missed Fayes howl to them as she was to distracted.

Kihyah brings his right fore up to wrap around his mates chest and he continues to kiss the top of her snout. Still murring heavily as she showed him more affection. When she whimpers to him his hinds squirm softly as he attempted to get closer to her and he whines gently after he stops. His tassel now making quick movements right before slowing to go left behind him only to repeat the move in a wag. He nuzzles now with his throat into her crown showing her just how much he appreciated her and his warm deep murrs returned. He hears the howl but pays no attention to it, they could wait for them he wanted to steal just a few more moments.

Feeling her mates fore wrap around her chest as he kissed her muzzle more Mystery's heart steadily and roughly pounded against her rib cage and she took a deep breath only to let the breath out in loud whimpers after he had scooted his hinds into her and a shiver had run down her spine. After a while of him nuzzling his throat into her crown she started to let out soft playful growls to him, leaning her apex back to push her crown back into his neck only to whimper and growl again to him to tell him what she wanted now that they had the chance in their hiding spot.

Kihyah whines softly to her his teeth clicking together softly almost as if they were chattering from the cold, lifting his hinds softly away from her hoping hers would follow. Still murring and nuzzling against her whimpering to encourage her to lift her haunches from the ground and when she did he would begin to mate with her.

Mystery lifts her hinds from the terra after a little bit of persuading from her mate, having just sat there longer to tease him but now stood under him. Spreading her hinds apart slightly and lifting her tassle so it would be easier for her to hold him ontop of her when he started.

When Kihyah had finished mating with her he laid beside her, wrapping his large silver body around her as best he could to snuggle into her ebony bodice. A soft deep murr held in his throat as he dipped his face into her soft fur, falling into a deep relaxation which produced a small yawn to issue forth from his maw. A gentle whine escaping him at the end, he licks his chops and at her pelt a few times before laying his neck across hers. His moon like orbs gently disappearing behind his eyelids as he begins to grow tired.

~Paradise~
I lie there sadly and went to get a drink of water.

Jeaunu just waits there for the Alpha and Alphaness so they could eat their kill. Just then he saw a little pup come out of the cave to go for a drink. So he decided to follow it, partly because of curiousity and part because he did not want the young one to get hurt

Faye~
I watched the brute walk away after the pup.The fur on my back bristled.What if he tried to kill the pup,like many male wolves do to pups that aren`t theirs.I ran after Jeaunu and cut him off.My hair puffed up trying make myself look bigger.I snarled snapping at him,but purposely missing,"What are you trying to do to that pup?""I stared at him,my eyes untrusting.

"I am just going with the pup to make sure it won't get hurt. If something happened to the alphaness' pup then Kihyah will have our heads!" I explain as soon as I back away from your snapping.

Faye~
I sighed and sat back on my haunches,"The pup isn`t exactly Kihyah`s,she was adopted"I relaxed a bit and my fur went flat again.I relaxed my muscles a sign that said I was allowing him to pass.But then my hair stood on end once again.I snarled and darted in the direction of the kill.Vultures were starting to pick at it.I pounced at the first vulture,just barley missing.The others saw that as a sign to leave before something bad happened to them and took flight into the air.What was taking Kihyah so long?This freshly caught deer would probably attract bears.I lied down by the deer and kept a watchful eye out for anything that might want to steal it.
