| (Hiya ^^ Nice to meet you as well)
Sephera looked at Vita, who was still watching the newcomer intently. She put her muzzle to his ear, whispering to him. "So far that i know, he seems safe. He has yet to show any signs of threat, though i have not heard him speak, which is peculiar to me. But i don't know much about meeting new wolves," her ears heated with the realization that she really didn't know anything about strangers. The only person she'd met that treated her nicely was Vita, and that turned out well. But she really had no idea. "Nevermind..." she whispered. "You should be the one evaluating him, i dont know how." She ducked her head down and walked a little to her right. She got a small drink of water, keeping her green eyes on the stranger and moving back to lay down.

| Vita had to stay confident even with so many things happening at once. The newcomer didn't seem to speak much, but then again he had no reason to speak. general communication between wolves is based on body language; something that this encounter was not lacking. Lunar had backed away into the water, as Vita had told him to. Maybe he wouldn't be an annoying pack mate after all. No exact order in the pack had been determined, but he knew that the new wolf guessed that he was the leader. He certainly felt like one.
Sephera's warm, blackish-blue pelt brushed up against him, and she padded over to the lake for a drink. She whispered into his ear before leaving, she said to evaluate this new wolf without her. He twisted his ear toward her in recognition. But before she trotted away, she whispered something that caught him by suprise, 'I don't know how.' He had not been reminded about her past since the night she told him everything, so he let her leave without another word. He glanced back at the new wolf, who's leg had slighty begun to shudder. He was probably overwhelmed by three strange wolves appearing out of nowhere, what wolf wouldn't be? In attempt to calm the new wolf, Vita brightened the expression on his face as much as he could. He relaxed his throat and began to speak. "new wolf, where are you from? And what shall we call you?"

| Sephera watched the newcomer, waiting for his response to Vita's questions. She was starting to feel uncomfortable. Why is it that Sephera had Vita as a friend... was he a friend? Or more? They had the connection, but they never really talked over what they were.
Then the first stranger shows up. A male.
Then the second stranger. Another male.
Why is it one female, and 3 males? Should she feel okay? Or is it expected for her to feel uncomfortable?
She sighed heavily, looking at her reflection. Why her? Why did she like, attract males? She wasn't pretty, she wasn't nice, she wasn't anything. Maybe Vita's strong presence just made other males gravitate toward a leader.

| Luna walked up to the female"hi,im luna, lunars twin sister theres somthing i have to tell you to do tommorow, whitch is the blood moon."she said she was sad lunar left but it was because of his new friends and herself, tommorow they wouldve fought and destroyed every thing, they said they were cursed thats why they had the stripe, why they did not have friends was because the blood moon killed the nice wolves they were untill morning, when they discover they killed there friends trying to kill eachother. | |

| (Sorry it took me so long. There was some weird problem with my cookies and it wasn't letting me post or login anywhere (except places like here, where I'm always logged in). It was very strange.)
The wolf with the marks reminiscent of a skunk spoke to him, but he had already returned his focus to the Alpha Male and the female beside him. They conversed of an unknown subject that he assumed would both not include him and not interest him, and she moved towards the lake shore for a drink. He observed her for a moment, watching as she swiftly finished hydrating herself and resorting to staring at what he assumed to be the mere's reflection of her. Interesting.
When the young, red male looked again at the dominant wolf, it was obvious that he was attempting to lessen the tension in the area, particularly with him, he supposed. He spoke again, but this time he made certain to pay a modest regard to his words. The Alpha asked him where he had come and for what his call was. To answer the first question, he pointed his muzzle in the direction of what many of his species called "Sleeping Fields". He still had not figured out the reasoning behind such a simple name, actually. He would have to remind himself to investigate later.
The latter question was more difficult to respond to. Tobias was the name given to him by his mother, but none had called him that in two years. Many did not acknowledge him, or if they did, never gave him a name. The few that did gave him simple names like Red, Blue-Eyes, or Ice. He could even recall when at one time a wolf called him Ghost; a combination of his silence and his bright irises. It was the most original, he mused, though he had only heard it the single instance it was used. He pressed his ears back against his head, moving them forward again to try and show that he honestly did not care, though they could possibly perceive it as a pathetic "I don't have a name" nonsensical message that really got on his nerves. Luckily, this had only happened twice, but it was annoying nonetheless.
Another of his specie entered the district, practically an exact replica of the one beneath the water despite the fact that it was obviously of the opposite gender. He looked on as she interacted with what was soon revealed to be her brother, before he ran out into the surrounding foliage. Now it was back to four.
The recently-arrived female quickly moved to where the other she-wolf was, chattering on to her about something that did not interest him. His mind had better things to ponder, after all.

| Luna looked over at both the males she flatened her ears to the side of her head and jumped back into the water nervously,as one was new and the other had been here for a long time so she didnt know what either of them would do to her. | |

| Sephera basically ignored the female as she talked, only catching something about tomorrow, the moon, and Lunar. She was zoning out the rest of the time as she watched the stranger. He managed to find a silent way of replying to Vita's questions. He came from Sleeping Fields, and had no true name. She tried to figure out what she would call him. She wanted it to be original, something he hadn't heard before.
For some reason, she wanted to get him to talk. She wanted to hear what this stranger would sound like, wanted to learn about him. His silentness pulled her to him, especially since she had been just as quiet before. Vita changed her. Could she pass on the favor and change this male?
She carefully pulled herself off the ground and started carefully walking around the lake. She was curious if the stranger would let her approach him. In order to not surprise him or threaten him, she kept her tail and her gaze down. Occasionally she would look up at him through her eyelashes, to see if he moved. As she slowly approached him, she shook her coat and got her emotions together. She made her face open, welcoming even.

| Vita stared in shock as another wolf entered the clearing. Lunar spoke with her for a second, but then darted off. She looked exactly like Lunar, except that she was obviously a female. Vita didn't hear any of the words they exchanged, he was completely focused on the strangely silent rusty-looking wolf. He had some sort of loose cloth tied to his back ankle; It looked as if a human had captured him. He would have to ask later. "You are a very quiet wolf," He spoke quickly. "Do not cause trouble, do not be a nuisance, and you may stay." Out of the corner of his eye, he noticed Sephera slowly making her way over to, well, he would just refer to him as Rusty for now. She was doing it submissively of course, but this new wolf seemed somewhat timid. He may attack her if he was startled. "Bad idea..." he whispered under his breath, and readied himself to defend Sephera. | |

| The new female, almost a twin to Lunar, trotted over and asked Vita what his name was. "Vita," he whispered quickly, before returning the gaze of the ghastly silent wolf. | |

| Sephera continued forward, keeping a cautious gaze on the new wolf, but not looking him straight in the eye. she lowered slightly to the ground, making her even shorter in a way to show she wasnt threatening him. | |

| Awaiting some sort of reaction from the Alpha Male, he watched from the corner of his eye as the recent arrival leapt into the lake as if it were the norm for her kindred to do; after all, her brother also seemed to be fond of the clear liquid. The first female, too, was beginning to act on whatever she had planned. She stood and, slowly, started walking towards him with what he presumed to be a posture signalling she meant no harm. He was still somewhat nervous, however, and he lifted and placed his left foreleg (the rag; be careful with the cloth else it will tear despite its tight hold on his ankle) in a small fidgeting movement, ears to the sides but not completely against his head.
Albeit his anxiousness was anything but enjoyable, he still had a hard time showing it other than his paws and ears. Just stop, turn back. I do not know you well enough; I do not trust you. And yet she still continued. And just as if it could not become any more worrisome at that moment the other female arose from the water and trotted to the first with such suddenty that he took two and one-half edgy steps backward from the two encroaching she-wolves.
He really should be thinking more rationally, he thought after a moment's (which, in this case, was approximately three seconds) pause. They were showing no harm, and the white-marked one did not appear to even be paying any heed to his presence at all. With a growl, the black female told the other to refrain from following her, and yet she still persisted. He was not able to understand what it was that she said, but in an instant after the reply was heard-- another shout to desist-- and she disappeared back into the water.
It was a quick comment on his muteness that temporarily roused him from his internal distress. The Alpha Male was speaking again to him, giving him permission to remain in the area so long as he did not cause any vexation. He could see, with an unfocused glance, the other male straighten his stance as if to prepare for something. Did he really expect him to create a disturbance so soon? Interesting.
The white-striped female was very odd. One minute she could be chattering away to another, and the next running (or, in this situation, diving) away. She was now beside the male, though he could not hear their conversation nor did he care. The blue-tinged one before him was a much more pressing matter; she continued forward, lowering herself ever-so-slightly nearer to the moist soil and the small dew-coated ground foliage as though she could make herself appear any more nonthreatening. For a moment he felt a strange flicker of guilt cross his conscience, but for what he was not sure. It was not her fault that he was somewhat (i.e., very) skittish around others of his kind that he was unfamiliar with unknown intentions. But it was not his fault, either, was it? She was trying terribly hard to lessen his anxiety with no clear indication that she had anything to gain from the confrontation.
Perhaps he should give the stranger a chance. He could not force his coiled muscles to relax themselves, or for his ears to come forward, but he could at the very least compel himself to go against his nature and remain in one place.

| Sephera noticed when he made the decision to at least try to stay in one place. When she was not far from him, she laid down a looked up at him through her eyelashes. "Hi, I'm Sephera. There's no reason to be skittish, none of us want to hurt you," she whispered to him, keeping her gaze on him.

| (That's all right. ^^ Sorry this post kind of sucks, I was having a hard time figuring out how he'd react.)
He was uncertain of the appropriate reaction to make in this situation. She was so close, barely a stride away from where he stood. It seemed that by the distance she deemed it near enough, to his relief, lying down with her eyes watching him. His body was still tensed, sight focused on a non-occupied piece of soil somewhere between her and the other two of his specie that stood farther away. With a forced movement, he set his vision on the top of her head for a quick second (a quick second? Another puzzling specification) before it returned to the familiar space.
Eye contact was never a potent ability for him. It caused too many problems; it being assumed as a domineering action, it causing a dangerous anxiety for some that could lead to himself being injured, or the uncomfortable feeling that pressed heavily against his mind when it occurred. Even as an early juvenile, before he learned of these logical reasons for it, he avoided the clash of sights as often as he possibly could. There was no real explanation for the quirk, it just came with the rest of them. An innate "gift" as his mother had told him before she realized the extent of its qualities.
The mental contemplation of his traits as well as the short reminiscence of times usually pushed into the far reaches of his mind helped ease him of his nervousness somewhat, but only for as long as it lasted: about five to seven seconds. The uneasiness came rushing back, however, with the soft sound of her whispering to him. He was not used to being treated so gently and slow before; it was making him both more relaxed and more edgy at the same time. With a deep inhalation that was practically silent, he tuned his hearing to the sound of her voice.
Sephera. That was the name of the black female before him. It was quite the befitting name, he mused. It seemed to be a play on the word sapphire, of which the color tinged her pelt when the sunlight reflected off of the hairs properly. His bright eyes still set away from her, he listened as she explained his ludicrous reaction to the gathering of wolves around the lake. How could she be so sure that not one of them wanted to harm him? It seemed that she had only just interacted with the white-striped female a few moments ago. There was no way for her to read the thoughts of the male, either, so he did not trust these words with his being. He felt that he could trust her, however, for she spoke softly and remained cautious of his emotions, at least to some degree. Slowly, he moved his sight to the top of her head, ears coming forward in a stiff state but in a regular position.
